Properties NE Ltd is a member company of the Euro Property Group and has offices in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear and Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
It is the intention of Properties NE Ltd to share the buy to let investment opportunities that exist in Yorkshire and the North East of England; to buy properties below market value which offer an investor a better than average return over a medium to long term period.
We have been identifying and supplying buy to let properties in the North East of England to financial institutions and clients for a number of years, and pride ourselves on that performance and can now offer similar opportunities to new investors.
Our strength is in a seven person property sourcing team working full time that can buy the right property at the right price. These properties are generally within a 80 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne and in North, South and West Yorkshire. Our sourcing team is backed up by professional, pro-active office staff as well as management, building and maintenance teams.
The 3 principals in the company share 20 years experience in the residential rental property sector and are on hand to give face to face advice when required.
